Operations Strategy is part of Strategy& and consists of more than 4000 industry and procurement experts globally. It is a key area within PwC Consulting’s Business Transformation department. We focus on Procurement & Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Excellence, and Customer Excellence. Provide your Procurement and Sourcing expertise to our clients 

As a Senior Management Consultant, you will play a key role in leading projects that impact our clients’ success. Projects include Procurement Transformation & Digitalisation, Maturing Supplier & Contract Management, Sustainability in Procurement, Cost out & Benchmarking, sourcing and outsourcing. 

Your key responsibilities 

Lead procurement and sourcing projects, guiding clients through complex transformation initiatives. Serve as a coach and mentor to junior consultants, fostering their growth and development. Utilize your expertise in Procurement, Sourcing and Supply Chain to contribute to PwC’s Procurement offerings and Go To Market activities. Contribute to sales activities either as a driver or a Subject Matter Expert Manage project timelines, budgets, and client relationships to ensure successful outcomes. 

Contribute with your experience and expertise 

We know you can’t do everything in advance. Therefore, the most important thing for us is:

Master’s degree in Strategy, Business, Economics, or Supply Chain Management, with a strong academic record. Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting or industry, with a focus on Sourcing, Procurement or Supply Chain. A strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Proven ability to work effectively, pragmatic and solution-oriented in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
