Per le zone di Valle d'Aosta, Piemonte, Liguria e Toscana stiamo cercando un/a Area Business Manager da inserire nell’area Commerciale di ViiV Healthcare. L’Area Business Manager sarà responsabile del raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali previsti relativamente al portafoglio assegnato nel pieno rispetto dei valori e delle politiche aziendali, delle normative di Legge vigenti in materia di informazione scientifica e delle norme deontologiche. In this role, You will: La figura sarà responsabile di: Affiancare per lo sviluppo delle competenze comunicative e scientifiche degli SRs della propria squadra; Verificare la pianificazione e l’organizzazione dei propri SRs in modo da assicurare un‘efficace attività di informazione scientifica; Assicurare la corretta interpretazione e implementazione dei Piani operativi di prodotto (sede e territorio); Coordinare i team cross-funzionali nell’ambito dello Strategic Account Management (SAM); Salvaguardare la reputazione aziendale attraverso comportamenti improntati al rispetto delle normative vigenti e dei valori codici e regolamenti aziendali (Codice Etico, procedure, etc); Assicurare l’applicazione dei modelli /processi /progetti di Business Excellence; Garantire l’implementazione delle progettualità per lo sviluppo del brand coordinandosi appropriatamente con le funzioni coinvolte e nel rispetto del budget assegnato; Mantenere direttamente i rapporti con i principali interlocutori e decisori locali; Formare in modo continuativo e strutturato il suo team di SRs e valutarne la prestazione e il potenziale degli SRs (competenze scientifiche, communications skills, ecc.); Garantisce l’equità degli interventi retributivi e di riconoscimento. Oltre al team di SRs della propria area di competenza collaborerà con: Operatori sanitari e farmacisti ospedalieri delle strutture target Business Excellence Direzione Marketing Direzione Medica RAM e KAM Pathway Solution Managers Saranno inoltre previsti spostamenti frequenti all’interno della zona di lavoro e pernottamenti fuori casa mediamente superiori al 40% del tempo. Basic Qualifications & Skills: Siamo alla ricerca di professionisti con le seguenti competenze: Laurea in materie scientifiche Esperienza consolidata come Area Manager con gestione di territori multiregionali e con esperienza pregressa nell'ambito infettivologico o in altre aree specialistiche Conoscenza delle Normative e leggi di settore oltre a quelle aziendali (Ethical & Legal Compliance) Conoscenza dell’organizzazione del Sistema Sanitario Nazionale e dei suoi processi di funzionamento Tecniche di Business Planning (performance focus), comunicazione e gestione della relazione e del relativo Modello di Coaching Capacità di tradurre le conoscenze scientifiche in strategie/attività orientate al business Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese che verrà testata a colloquio.
