Job Description市场拓展与客户关系管理负责指定区域内医院的开发与维护，建立并保持良好的合作关系，提高产品覆盖率和市场份额。按公司要求定期拜访客户，了解需求，及时反馈市场信息，为客户提供专业的医学知识和产品信息，解答客户疑问，协助解决客户使用产品过程中遇到的问题。与客户建立长期稳定的合作关系，通过优质的服务和专业的推广，提高客户满意度和忠诚度。销售目标达成制定并执行个人销售计划，确保完成公司下达的销售任务，达成年度、季度和月度销售目标。分析所属市场动态和销售数据，及时调整销售策略，优化销售流程，提高销售效率和业绩。参与公司组织的各类销售活动和市场推广项目，积极推广公司产品，提升品牌知名度和市场影响力。产品知识与学术推广深入学习和掌握公司产品和相关疾病的相关知识并能够准确、清晰地向客户传达产品的优势和特点。严格按照合规要求，协助公司开展合理合法的学术推广活动团队协作与支持“积极主动”与市场部、医学部、准入等跨部门紧密合作，及时反馈客户需求和市场信息，共同制定策略和改进方案，确保公司资源的高效利用和协同作战。完成上级领导交待的其他工作，积极参与公司组织的各项活动，为公司的发展贡献自己的力量。

Qualifications医药或相关专业毕业，具备5年以上医药行业销售工作经验，外企医药公司销售背景者优先。熟悉外企医药行业市场环境和销售模式，对神经内科或儿科领域产品有经验者更佳。有罕见病工作经验者优先考虑，同时需了解临床用药规范和医疗行业相关政策法规。具备强烈的团队合作意识和结果导向思维，能够清晰规划销售思路，制定结构化策略，并准确把握工作重点。拥有高执行力，能够迅速将策略转化为实际行动，并及时反馈工作进展。熟练掌握销售技巧和谈判技巧，具备出色的沟通能力和人际交往能力。熟练使用Word、Excel、PowerPoint等办公软件，能够制作专业的销售文档和演示文稿。具备高度的责任心和敬业精神，工作积极主动，吃苦耐劳，愿意接受高频出差挑战，能够承受较大工作压力并坚持不懈。能够在压力下工作，具备较强的自我学习能力和适应能力，能够快速适应市场变化和公司发展需求。具备良好的职业道德和诚信品质，能够严格遵守公司合规要求、工作流程和行业规范。
