You’ll coach and develop Saucy! Experience Directors (SEDs), partner with cross-functional leaders, and hold the line on execution, profitability, and guest experience. Your mission: grow people, grow sales, protect profitability, and make every guest’s visit unforgettable.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY MISSION:
Driving Multi-Unit Excellence
Lead 8-10 restaurants in your assigned market, ensuring peak performance in sales, profitability, and operational execution. Create and deliver market action plans that align with brand goals and drive measurable results. Execute new product launches, system rollouts, and operational initiatives flawlessly across your market. Monitor key metrics (sales, labor, COGS, guest experience, speed of service) and coach teams to exceed targets.People & Culture Leadership
Hire, develop, and inspire high-performing SEDs who can build winning teams in their restaurants. Foster a culture of inclusion, recognition, and accountability across all locations. Conduct regular in-market visits to assess performance, deliver coaching, and celebrate wins. Identify future leaders and create development plans to fuel Saucy!’s growth.Guest Experience & Brand Standards
Protect the brand by ensuring all restaurants meet or exceed food safety, cleanliness, and service standards. Champion guest-obsessed behaviors—turning great visits into repeat visits. Lead by example, modeling Saucy!’s service values every time you’re in a restaurant.Financial & Strategic Management
Partner with SEDs to understand and act on P&L drivers—maximizing sales while controlling costs. Support accurate forecasting, scheduling, and inventory management across all locations. Identify and resolve performance gaps quickly to protect market profitability. Ensure market-level decisions align with company goals and long-term growth strategies.YOUR TEAM COUNTERPARTS:
In this role, you will manage and inspire 8-10 Saucy! Experience Directors (SED) within your assigned market. You’ll work in close partnership with cross-functional leaders, including:
Field Operations & Training – to ensure brand standards and readiness across all locations. Marketing – to execute local and national campaigns that drive traffic and awareness. IT & Digital – to support technology adoption and operational systems. Finance – to review and act on P&L performance and budgeting needs. HR/People & Culture – to recruit, develop, and retain top talent. Facilities & R&M – to resolve repair and maintenance issues quickly and cost-effectively. Food Safety & Quality Assurance – to uphold the highest standards in food handling, sanitation, and compliance. Food Innovation – to execute menu innovation, new product rollouts, and culinary standards in-market. Supply Chain – to ensure consistent availability of ingredients, packaging, and supplies for uninterrupted operations.YOUR PROFILE:
Experience & Education
5–7+ years in restaurant operations, including 3+ years in multi-unit leadership preferred. Proved track record of developing leaders and improving operational performance. Strong P&L management and business acumen. Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.Skills That Set You Apart
