Opportunity: Area Coach - Texas

The Role:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of 6-8 restaurants, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Providing training, coaching, and support to Restaurant Managers, Assistant Managers, and teams to excel in their roles. Motivating and recognizing team members for exceptional customer service. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives for business growth. Upholding our high standards of quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence.

Key Qualifications:

Experience:

3-5 years of successful multi-unit management experience in Quick Service Restaurants. Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Exceptional team-building capability. Basic business math, accounting skills, and analytical decision-making. Basic personal computer literacy. Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in employee selection, coaching, and development. Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction.

Education/Certifications:

College or University Degree preferred.
