Area Credit and Financial Manager

As an Area Credit and Financial Manager, you will supervise the credit and collection policies and activities within the assigned territory.

In this role you will:

Implement, monitor, evaluate, and report on Company-established credit and collection policies as described in the Financial ManualPerform monthly reviews with Financial Managers including but not limited to:  customer aging and Treasurer Reports, credit extension and exposure, job account management, year-old items, and additional reports as necessaryTrain and mentor Financial Managers and Management TraineesInteract with key customers, as indicated either through actual or potential sales activity, or as directed by Director Finance or District Vice PresidentProvide backup to Director of Finance (during absences or as workload dictates)Support district initiatives through personal interaction with customers, suppliers, employees, and district and branch management

What you bring to the table:

10+ years Financial Manager or related experience required4 year degree in Business, Management, or related field of study required; Masters of Business Administration from an accredited institution preferredSupervisory experience with progressive responsibility in a financial management roleKnowledge of financial statement analysis techniques and accounting principlesKnowledge of construction lawOral and written communication skillsMathematical and analytical skillsAbility to effectively interact with othersAbility to relocateTravel required

Pay Details:

The expected salary for this position is starting at $95,000 annually depending on experience.This position is also bonus eligible, based on specific and relevant business metrics.
