How you will make an impact:
Identifies strategic pillars for TMTT (team of the North part of Germany), transform them into commercial goals and manage execution. Leverage health care networks / knowledge to future trends /strategiesLeads a team of regional sales managers to achieve their commercial goals, in alignment with Edwards business strategy while anticipating, identifying and interpreting market trends and implications, applying this knowledge to transform into execution excellenceHires, develops and retains talent in the Edwards sales organization while leading and representing a BU across a region of significant strategic impactDrives commercialization of Edwards products and services across the region of significant size.
