As an Area Director, you will be managing the daily operation for 6-8 assigned childcare centres and will report to the Senior Area Director of Western Operations. Responsibilities include: + Oversee daily operations and support Centre Directors + Ensure the childcare centres operate in accordance with the BrightPath policies. + Ensure assigned childcare centres operate in accordance with Alberta Licensing Regulations. Completing administrative duties such as audits for classrooms to ensure policies and procedures are enforced & setting action plans for centres. + Building positive working relationships with families. Ensure financial requirements of centres are met Develop and implement Performance Plans as required. + All other duties as assigned. Requirements: • Early Childhood Education - Level 3 Certification OR B.Ed./Equivalent • 5+ years in relevant management role • Strong leadership, time management, teambuilding, and conflict resolution skills necessary • Must meet provincial requirements for childcare employment • Current Standard First Aid and infant child CPR If this sounds like a good fit, we want to meet you.
