Job Purpose: The role is commercially responsible for our Export Business in the area commonly referred to as CIS Markets.

Reports to: Senior Export Manager

Direct Reports: N/A

What You Will Do:
This scope currently includes Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan. The role covers the area P&L, identifies category opportunities, and shapes the Route-to-Consumer (RTC) strategy through the development of existing partnerships and the establishment of new ones. Partnerships typically involve distributors and/or local brewers with infrastructure to cover all relevant sales channels (On- & Off-trade, e-commerce, wholesale, etc.). Agility and creativity in blending market insights with commercial assertiveness are key. Fluency in both English and Russian is required.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Drive continuous growth of volume, revenue, and profit across the CIS area. Full P&L responsibility for the export business in the area, overseeing market insights and category development, translating them into annual customer activation plans aligned with the OpCo's commercial strategy. Manage Route-to-Consumer strategies in respective countries, enhancing commercial capabilities and digital transformation. Develop annual and long-term business and portfolio strategies in cross-functional alignment, including digital and traditional channel strategies for the HEINEKEN business. Lead the commercial agenda with distributors, in collaboration with Customer Marketing, Brand Marketing, Finance, Customer Success Team, and Legal. Manage supply matters between customers and the EE&GDF focal points within the wider HNV supply organization, addressing legislation changes, forecasting, product introductions, and delistings. Design, implement, and manage Partner Commercial plans, covering pricing, operational conditions, distribution agreements, and annual account plans.


Who You Are:

General:

Willingness to travel up to 25% We are looking for someone who is not only strong in sales but also possesses technical know-how, general proficiency with numbers, and is a strong connector. You currently live in Europe already


Work Experience:

6-8 years of commercial experience in an international environment within the FMCG industry. Well-rounded commercial background in both On- and Off-trade. Strong understanding of consumers, commercial acumen, and P&L management. ROI-driven mindset focused on value growth. Project management experience (BWP, BWC). Channel and RTM profitability, excellent execution, category thinking, and a process-driven mindset.

Languages:

Fluent in English and Russian (!).
