High school diploma or GEDAt least 10 years of related industry experience (e.g. Distribution, Manufacturing, Wholesale, etc.)At least 5 years of experience in a people management roleMust live or be willing to relocate to or near Albany, OR area, and be willing to travel up to 35% including both day overnight travel.Proven team leadership ability to develop organizational capacity, coach and develop associates, successfully motivate, and energize sales and operations teams, and create an inclusive culture.Solid business acumen and the ability to interpret and manage financial and market data and create executable plans to manage cost and profitability.Demonstrated effectiveness in providing strong customer service to execute sales strategies.Excellent communication skills including information sharing, active listening, brevity, and persuasiveness.Experience and ability to develop, translate and implement strategic plans, think long term and “big picture”, integrating complexities in problem solving and decision making.Proven ability to establish credibility and trust in relationships with customers, associates and suppliers.Preferred Qualifications:

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $139,000 - $208,000 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 25% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target. This position is eligible to be nominated for an annual long term incentive grant as well. The grant guideline for this position is $32k, with a range of zero to 150% of the guideline amount. The value of long term incentive grants is typically delivered in restricted stock units.
