**5+ years of experience as a HR Business Partner in a supply chain, manufacturing, or warehouse environment.**

**Job Summary**
Lead the implementation of Human Resources initiatives and programs specifically tailored to support and enhance the supply chain function across diverse geographic locations. Serve as a strategic business partner to the supply chain business leaders, collaborating on organizational design, compensation, and integration strategies to accelerate business objectives.
**Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities**
+ Collaborates cross functionally to establish a strategic partnership, aligning HR initiatives with supply chain goals and fostering a cohesive approach to Human Resources support.
+ Serves as business advisor and coach, facilitating change management and integration initiatives within supply chain, including field visits to support the development of business initiatives and growth metrics.
+ Manages succession planning, management development, and performance management for supply chain, including conducting talent assessments and calibration for all field associates.
+ Develops, delivers, and facilitates a staffing strategy and process for recruiting and talent assessment, acquiring talent for corporate, managerial, and field-level positions within supply chain.
+ Assists in developing and implementing comprehensive Human Resources programs, including, compensation, career development, diversity, change management, and recognition initiatives tailored to the supply chain environment.
+ Leads the continual review, education, and dissemination of policies and procedures within supply chain to mitigate legal exposure, fostering a union-free culture.
+ Leverages technology in process engineering to drive operational excellence within the supply chain, ensuring efficient and streamlined Human Resources processes.
**Nature and Scope**
+ Solutions require analysis and investigation.
+ Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience. May recommend/make decisions regarding new programs/initiatives that have significant impact to the business and carry consequences in unsuccessful endeavors.
+ Manages a larger team or multiple small teams through direction of subordinate management and/or supervisory staff.
**Work Environment**
+ Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
+ Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
+ Typically requires overnight more than 50% of the time.
**Education and Experience**
+ Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.

$127,300.00-$198,300.00 Annual
