Job Responsibilities :

1. Provide support in hiring of resources at the Jio center/ area
2. Ensure smooth onboarding of new joinees
3. Manage end to end employee life cycle at respective Jio centres/ area
4. Ensure all hygiene factors are completed as per timeline
5. Ascertain smooth functioning of HR operations in respective area
6. Support IR team in compliance issues at Jio Center/ area
7. Handle employee queries on HR processes and policies
8. Execute employee engagement initiatives in respective area
9. Manage area MIS and tracking of key activities of HR

Education Requirement :

Master`s Degree in Human Resources / Psychology

Experience Requirement :

Fresher / Less than 1 year
