**What You’ll Be Doing**
+ Provide human resource services to the business including compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, training and development and relocation support
+ Advise and counsel management in the areas of Company policy, Federal, Provincial and Municipal Employment Laws, Human Rights, and related legislation
+ Ensures that adequate and effective training and development opportunities are provided that meet the business needs
+ Effectively manages employee relations issues
+ Coordinate on projects, compliance, testing, reporting, and facilitate problem solving and resolution
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Post-Secondary in Human Resources or related field strongly preferred
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
+ Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
+ Ability to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously.
+ Proficiency in HR software and tools.

**What We Offer**
+ Competitive base salary - $120,000 - $135,000
