As our Area IT Manager APAC, you will support the development, deployment, and operations of IT infrastructure and application services across the region, aligning closely with area, local, and global IT teams. In this role, you will report to the Head of Area IT Operations and facilitate information flow to regional countries, excluding Red Bull markets with local IT resources. You will be responsible for monitoring service performance, resolving technical issues, acting as an escalation point, and enhancing operational excellence. You will also collaborate with global IT teams to optimize solutions, drive innovation, and adapt strategies to regional needs. Additionally, you will ensure IT services align with global strategy, manage operational issues, and communicate IT initiatives to business units, delivering projects and services efficiently to ensure high user satisfaction. This role requires regional travel, flexible working hours, and a commitment to standardization while continuously improving processes.
