The PositionJob Summary:
Responsible for overall Sales Management in the assigned area and ensures to achieve the sales target company set for the assigned sales territory within sales expense budget pre-set by line manager.
The opportunity:
Lead and empower sales team to achieve or exceed overall team sales objective within expense budget pre-set by line manager through objective goal setting and prioritisation.
Submit regular sales reports to line manager in format and contents as agreed by Company. Performs the role of regular market and competitive information provider for sales and marketing decisions
Actively handle sales performance on monthly basis. Conduct continuous performance evaluation for team members to identify performance gaps and to improve product knowledge and selling skills eventually to improve team performance
Provide realistic rolling sales forecast on a monthly basis and assists line manager to prepare annual budget at year-end
Provide mentor to responsible team members in the field. Own the team optimally by detailed planning on mentor and development activities, realizes people development
Actively maintain expense-tracking system
Develop team members in order to support the rapid business growth and liaises with marketing/region to provide basic product training to new-hires.
Build and maintain good relations with key decision, ensure overall customer happiness. 9. Work closely with Marketing Department for implementation of national promotion programs and activities.
Assist in the appointment of distributors and agree with Supply Chain to ensure sufficient inventory holding and coverage
Possess basic marketing concepts and provide regular analysis and inputs to Company on strategic issues like growth opportunities and threats.
Ensure supervisors are exercising mentor and people development activities and receives detailed feedback.
Develops actively good rapport from key customers, including procurement offices in scientific management officials.
Who you are:
Master degree or higher in the life science subject area or equivalent
Good command of English in both spoken and written
Good command of MS office software application
Product & Application Expertise
In addition to the educational qualification, he/she shall have good track record for working in a MNC company for five/eight or more years, with related supervisory work experience in sales, application support, customer service or training
