The Area Manager of Park Services is responsible for ensuring the daily operations of the Park Services Department and its associated locations run smoothly, focusing on maximizing guest satisfaction through the cleanliness of the park, grounds, and restrooms. This role plays a key part in maintaining a safe and clean environment for both associates and guests.

Responsibilities:
+ Manage daily operations to enhance guest satisfaction by ensuring high standards of cleanliness throughout the park and facilities.
+ Allocate labor resources effectively across department subdivisions based on availability and operational needs, making real-time adjustments as necessary. Coordinate scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll for department associates.
+ Oversee the management of budgets for Park Cleaning Attendants and Leadership, including labor and operating supplies, ensuring compliance and reporting any discrepancies on a daily basis.
+ Continuously evaluate operations and processes, implementing improvements based on feedback from guests and associates. Provide regular insights to upper management and collaborate with other divisions to enhance park cleanliness.
+ Maintain operational integrity through consistent reporting and auditing. Act as a resource and liaison for other departments on cleanliness-related topics and projects.
+ Address requests and projects initiated by other departments that require Park Services' assistance.
+ Foster talent development within the team, preparing key individuals for upper-level leadership opportunities.
+ Manage associate relations by recognizing and incentivizing good performance while addressing disciplinary actions for unsatisfactory performance.
Qualifications:
+ 3-5 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
+ Exceptional Interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs
+ Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.
+ Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
