You will manage sales of protective products (all SKU) and maintain company profitability in Onshore Segment in within a defined geographic area, province or country. You will develop market protective coatings and penetrate infrastructure market, upstream and downstream activities (Oil & Gas). You will ensure profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and achieve annual sales target. You will travel both locally and outside Jakarta. You will report directly to PC National Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Expand customer base steel fabricators, Sub- Sea fabricators and blasting and painting contractors
Develop and support distributor to achieve their target.
Ensure good account receivable - DSO
Increase company market share following topline growth (PC Oil & Gas and Infrastructure)
Enhance customer perception on our product features and benefits – competitive advantage
Promote new products
Maintain relationship with customer (Top, middle and low management)
Involved in Topline Growth and assist SM in short- and long-term planning.
Ensure smooth supply operation in Central Region coordinating with CS & Logistic.
Feedback on customer satisfaction – products, technical service and delivering service.
Monitor on competitors’ activities and to gather intelligence.
Provide forecast to production in order maintain its efficiency.
Provide right specification and technical advice to customer.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) : Management, Chemical, Economic, Finance or Supply Chain
Experience as Sales Manager for 3 - 5 years in Paint & Coating industry
Good personality and presentation skill
Have understanding sales strategy (business to business)
Excellent English and local language. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Able to work independently
