The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple locations within a designated area. They will be responsible for ensuring that each location is meeting its sales goals, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the operations of multiple locations within a designated area Ensure that each location is meeting its sales goals and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability Ensure that each location is adhering to company policies and procedures Recruit, train, and develop staff members Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members Ensure that each location is properly staffed and that staff members are scheduled appropriately Manage inventory levels and ensure that each location has the necessary supplies and equipment Ensure that each location is clean, organized, and well-maintained Communicate regularly with upper management and provide updates on the performance of each location Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field 5+ years of experience in a management role Experience in the retail or hospitality industry is preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability Ability to recruit, train, and develop staff members Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
