As an Area Manager, you will have the overall responsibility for certain points of sale and take care of the operational element within your area. Your manager will be the Head of Retail. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring compliance to company procedures, and keeping track of KPI’s and operational processes. Together with your colleague Area Managers, you are responsible for all our Retail Stores, Shop-in-Shops and Outlets in the Benelux.

 

What you can expect:

\n\tDrive sales KPI’s and productivity improvements and explore new (store) opportunities in order to stimulate retail growth;\n\tManage, review and support stores and Store Managers in improving their strategy and (KPI) performance and reaching the highest standards in Visual Merchandising and Customer Experience;\n\tEnsure implementation of company policies, procedures, and guidelines in all retail stores within your area through monitoring the results, providing feedback and coaching the store management;\n\tDraw up action plans for based on opportunities for improvement within the stores and trends in the market;\n\tWork closely together with Merchandise, Visual Merchandise and Retail Operations in the market and act as a liaison between them and the stores. \n

 

Your profile:

\n\tMust have a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing people in a retail environment, ideally including field management experience;\n\tFlexible, customer-focused, accurate, results-oriented and can work well under pressure;\n\tDemonstrates the ability to lead, motivate and develop a team via an empathic and collaborative leadership style;\n\tEnthusiastic, self-confident and self-motivated. Shows ambition and willingness to adapt and take on new challenges and driven to continually improve;\n\tExtensive communication skills on all levels and a high level of commitment; \n\tStrong analytical and organizational skills and strong business and financial acumen; \n\tExcellent written and verbal communication in both Dutch and English, French is a plus; \n\tComputer literate, with a good knowledge of MS Office.\n
