Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.5 years of manufacturing, engineering, or operations experience in leadership roles. Ability to travel extensively.              

Even better, you may have...

Master’s Degree.5+ years of battery cell related manufacturing experience.5+ years of managerial experience leading teams.Experience succeeding in high levels of complexity, exposure, to multiple business issues, ambiguity, and conflict.

This position is a range of salary grades LL5.
