Title: Area Manager (Topsides Engineering)

Work hours per day: 10 hrs./day

Workdays per Week: 6 days/week

Workday per Month: 26 days/month

Contract Term in Months        36 Months

Job Purpose   

•            •            Manages the Topsides Engineeringactivities for North Field Expansion (NFXP) Offshore Project, ensuringtechnical requirements (e.g. project specifications, data sheets, etc.) fullycomply with project deliverables and standardised processes and to support NFEOffshore Division Engineering Manager ensuring all aspects are delivered to thehighest standards.

Minimum Requirements

•            •            Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicateand interact within a PMT.

•            A highlevel of proficiency in written and spoken English

•            Computerliteracy involving the regular use of professional office applications and sometechnical applications

•            Goodknowledge of electrical, instrument, telecom, piping and mechanical equipment

Qualifications

              •            Engineering degree/diploma orequivalent, however any qualification, technical or knowledge requirements maybe waived through relevant work experience.

Knowledge and/or Experience           

•            15 yearsof relevant experience as Engineering Manager, in a major project environmentwithin the oil and gas industry and having a broad knowledge of engineeringexecution including design standards, specifications, codes, safety criteria,offshore facilities design, construction and operations.

•            Previousknowledge of Greenfield engineering and execution required.
