Job Description Conducts tactical and strategic market analysis (including retail census)and leads demand investigation (DPs) in assigned area. Conducts P&L analysis of TD’s and TPA’s. Develops full year business plans for assigned partner. Manage total telco business of assigned TD. Ensures execution of business plans. Conducts regular work-with’s with TSH’s, DSP’s and Team Leaders. Address field concerns raised by TSH’s. Timely submission of required reports [eg area analysis (call slips), competitive info, calendar of activities, post program reports, etc.]. Adheres to standard policies and procedures. Reviews and recommends for approval new TPA applications for area , consistent with existing and approved guidelines on selection, including review and recommendation for termination of existing TPAs. Reviews and approves area- specific information, technology, processes, standards and strategies
Improves sales and after sales processes. Provides training and development for TSH’s, TPA owners, Team leaders, OM’s/Sales Sups.

1. Conducts tactical and strategic market analysis (including retail census)and leads demand investigation (DPs) in assigned area

2. Conducts P&L analysis of TD’s and TPA’s

3. Develops full year business plans for TD/TPA

4. Manage total telco business of TD

5. Ensures execution of business plans 

Conducts monthly business review with TD’s and TPA’s

Conducts periodic Performance Assessments for TD’s/TPA’s

Recommends and formulates sales programs in coordination with Trade Marketing Manager based on business trends and analysis of performance, general comprehension of sales information (internal & trade-based data)

6. Conducts regular work-with with TSH’s, DSP’s and Team Leaders

7. Address field concerns raised by TSH’s

8. Timely submission of required reports [eg area analysis (call slips), competitive info, calendar of activities, post program reports, etc.]

9. Adheres to standard policies and procedures 

10. Reviews and recommends for approval  new TPA applications for area, consistent with existing and approved guidelines on selection, including review and recommendation for termination of existing TPAs

11. Reviews and approves area- specific  information, technology, processes, standards and strategies

12. Improves sales and after sales processes

14. Understanding of financial statements (Profit & Loss and Cash Flow statements)

15. Knowledge of the area assignment

16. Knowledge of distribution strategy, channel standards and policies

17. Understanding of trade and subscriber programs

18. Knowledge of Telco distribution management, including TPA management

19. Negotiation skills

20. Networking skills - Collaborates cross-functionally with other teams to develop and execute plans and programs

21. Problem Solving & Analysis skills

22. Analysis skills (competitors’ activities, business analytics)
