What You'll Be Doing

Oversee daily operations of the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) plants to ensure efficiency and quality.Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.Manage and develop plant staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to meet customer demands and optimize delivery schedules.Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
