If so, you might be a perfect fit for our new position as **Area Payroll Manager.** We have just implemented a new HR delivery model in Danfoss. This means you will be joining a new HR Services organization with a strong pioneering spirit and an ambition to deliver state of the art HR services to our business. You will lead a team of 14 Payroll Professionals spread across Eastern & Southern Europe. You will be responsible for end-to-end payroll and time deliveries, process optimization, implementation of standard procedures and transition of new countries into our shared services set-up. You will be working closely with stakeholders across different functions, so you know how to build strong relations and understand the value of collaboration to create success stories. As part of the EMEA payroll leadership team, you will be part of shaping the future of our payroll set-up.In this position you will report to the Head of Payroll, EMEA. **It's a hybrid position where you can work from one of our offices located in Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czechia or Hungary or you can work remotely in one of these countries.** Please apply at your earliest convenience.
