Gannett Fleming TranSystems is seeking a Program Manager, Structures to join our Structural Practice in the DC Metro area! This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring regular attendance at our Washington DC office.
Gannett Fleming TranSystems’ has been a tunnels leader, focusing on inspection, rehabilitation and design, and tunnel asset management. Additionally, we have demonstrated consistent leadership in the design of rail and transit projects across the country including stations, tunnels, maintenance facilities, and other maintenance-of-way structures.
What you’ll be challenged to do:
As a Program Manager you will engage across a range of transportation projects from design and design review, all the way through construction phase support. In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with our clients to provide innovative solutions for their transportation needs. You will also serve as a technical mentor to other members of the team, guiding them through complex project challenges.
In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
• Leading, resourcing planning and coordination on multi-disciplined teams • Project management and ownership of technical design • Providing expert engineering input into design and evaluation of technical outcomes and deliverable. • Serve as primary interface and liaison with the client attending progress meetings and producing reports on progress. • Demonstrated strength in business development, capture planning and proposal development• Strategic vision coupled with the ability to execute strategy and vision by building consensus and assembling winning teams.
What you will bring to our firm:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering or related discipline
What we prefer you bring:
• Master’s Degree in structural, geotechnical or civil engineering strongly preferred
• Strong Transportation engineering project portfolio, design-build experience preferred.
Compensation:
The range for this position is salary range is $180,000 - $240,000 (USD). Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
