Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate Monitoring Process with partners and community

AP level monitoring system set up to track collected data, following up with field staff to ensure timely collection of dataEnsure monitoring information were used to adjust the program intervention towards program/project objectives and captured in Semi-Annual Reports/Annual Reports ( SAR/AR reports).Provide quality monitoring information to AP manager, Zonal Monitoring Coordinator, NO DME department and other partnersNecessary monitoring information has prepared and providedEnsure all programs/projects use Horizon for monitoring process. Ensure AP design and structured data migration to Horizon systemUpdate the partners and relevant stakeholders on required and minimum DME process, standards and systemsMaintain database for each TPs and updating demographic data for decision makingEnsure the all project staff understand their roles and responsibilities in collecting, analysing and using data for decision making and work with field staff to operationalize output and outcome measurement and data collection using established process.DME update information sharing ensure

2. Reporting

MMR reviewed and provided highlights/feedback to AP ManagerSemi- Annual Reports/Annual Report, grant and PNS report and government reports prepared & drafted and provided highlights/feedback to AP Manager

3. Support Technical Program Baseline and Evaluation

AP level technical project baseline survey establishedITTs completion and quality of framework, context specific tools ensured for monitoring at AP level

4. KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

3 years of progressive experience in programme/project monitoring.3 years of general experience in programme/project planning and surveying.Teaching and training experiencesBachelor Degree, preferred in Social Science or Computer Studies.Good planning and organizing skill.Good team player.Good communication, persuasion and cooperation skills.Diverse and comfortable to perform well in cross cultural and different religions.Ability to learn LEAP and TD frames.Application of our promise 2030 and have sound knowledge on respective technical program.Report writing in English.
