**Summary**
The Area Sales Leader is responsible for driving growth and overall success in the NCR Atelos Banking Switzerland business, including the commercial business P&L, day-to-day Financial Institution sales and relationship management operations, personnel, strategic and tactical planning, budgeting, policies, and procedures. The Area Sales Leader will report to the Area Vice-President.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Lead the sales and relationship management teams to drive new sales, renewals and customer satisfaction, maximizing wallet share and revenue growth.
+ Manage the P&L for growth and sustained profitability
+ Develop business strategy, annual operating plans and budgets
+ Develop and lead recurring business reviews with executive leadership
+ Develop the organization and talent base, including staffing, employee goals, and performance reviews
+ Oversee and direct relationships with large/important financial institution customers in Switzerland, including up-to-date sales pipeline information
+ Lead activities on growth opportunities that will result in customer proposals, negotiations, and execution of agreements
+ Oversee and manage relationships with government and regulatory authorities in Switzerland
+ Ensure that the business complies with company policies
+ Maintain an understanding of the Payment/ATM Industry in Switzerland, including competitors
+ Develop and analyze performance dashboards, including financial statements, sales reports, and operations performance indicators
**Supervisory Responsibilities**
Oversight of all Switzerland financial institution sales and relationship management functions
**Education, Experience & Requirements**
+ Minimum of 10 years experience in the financial or banking sector, in business leadership and business development roles growing revenues, leveraging executive-level relationships, and solving customer business problems. ATM industry experience is highly preferred.
+ Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field required
+ Self-driven, results-oriented individual with a positive outlook and a passion for the business.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience in effectively communicating, including presentations.
+ Strategic and operational thinking and direction
+ Strong ability to work in partnership with Corporate resources.
+ Ability to understand complex and multi-function sales cycles from start to finish.
+ Extensive experience in leading and supervising staff members.
