This position is part of the Beckman Diagnostics Commercial Team located in Hyderabad and will be working on-site. You will be a part of the South Commercial Team and report to State Sales Manager – Andhra Pradesh and Telangana responsible for driving Growth and Development of Beckman Diagnostics Business, APT. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Generate and grow business for the company by promoting product range and implementing Sales strategiesBuild long term relationships with the end users in the assigned territory by meeting customer needs. And work with Channel Partner for streamlining Inventory and Order ManagementExpand the test menu and product portfolio of BCITake lead to collaborate with Customers and APPS / Marketing team to conduct CMEs, Education programs at Customer sites periodically. Support customers with clinical expertise. Attend internal or external meetings related to BCI product portfolio.Work closely with both Apps and Service Team. And also work with multiple Stakeholders including team members from Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Marketing, Logistics and Distribution, Finance, HR, Product Managers, Legal etc.
The essential requirements of the job include:
B.E / B. Sc. Degree / Any post graduate degree.Prior experience in laboratory Diagnostics (2-4/5 years’ experience is a minimum).Clinical and commercial driven individual, good knowledge on Funnel Management. Highly agile and flexible as extensive travel is required.Fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu (Pref) with the knowledge of the local market.
