Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Tyvek® Garments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving sales of our products. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on meeting customer needs and exceeding sales targets.
This is a role under a third-party contract, where you will work alongside the dynamic team at DuPont on various challenging projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within various industries.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborating on conducting market to identify potential customers/end users and understand market trends.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers/end users and stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer/end user needs and recommending appropriate product solutions
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of chemical protective garments, including features, benefits, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate on conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for customers/end users
• Stay updated on industry regulations and advancements in PPE technology.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer/end user interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
• Monitor competitors and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Work in coordination with distributor sellers on Key Account and End User management
• Engages and coordinates distributor sellers to identify and close new end user sales opportunities.
• Ensures, distributor sellers are trained & equipped to sell DuPont Personal Protection product portfolio
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or marketing field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the PPE or related safety equipment industry.
• Strong understanding of PPE products and relevant safety standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in B2B sales and working with industrial or PPE sectors.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region, (50% of time, travel is expected.
• Good English presentation & communication skills.
