WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE? As an experienced Area Sales Manager in our team, we are looking for someone who will be able to perform the below tasks: Manage relationship with customers in agreement with the Sales Director. Visit clients to promote HES products, understand the needs of the customer and provide/ communicate (according to complexity) any doubts to other departments in order to find the most suitable solution Lend support to other companies in the group. Act as an intermediate in consultations received from Spanish clients, serving as support in translations, visits to clients, helping if necessary to solve doubts or problems that may arise and getting answers from different companies in the group. Prepare offers to customers based on the requirements for RFQ queries, manage the necessary tasks of various departments to prepare the proposal, and review the terms and conditions of the contract to finally submit the offer after revision. Track offers. Control and follow up on offers, maintain contact with potential clients and ensure care services Contracts. Study the contracts received to anticipate possible problems and solve them. Verify that the proposed modifications to the terms and conditions of purchases have been implemented and the proposed agreements are reflected in the contract.Send plans to the client and obtain confirmation of the same, attend to the engineering department´s said plans for its implementation. Follow-up of the contract process to ensure compliance. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?Essential skills & experience
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with at least 3 years relevant experience in a similar role. Technical solutions /customer support experience. Computer literacy, with good knowledge on using MS Office applications. Ability to handle several complex projects simultaneously. Fluent capabilities skills in French & English. High degree of self-motivation and initiative.Desirable skills & experience
Good technical understanding of Steel, Power generation and Petrochemical processes. Tender preparation experience with engineered goods. YOUR PHYSICAL WORK ENVIRONMENT WILL REQUIRE…Residence in Cartagena (Murcia)
