Handling Channel Sales (General Trade/Distributors).Achieve month wise sales objectives (Primary and Secondary Sales) of the region for entire Personal Care product rangeImplement company’s credit policyEnsure region’s Commercial is within budgetsDriving business through a team of dedicated/exclusive DSOs at Distributor points

You're the right fit if:

preferably MBA with a specialization in Sales and MarketingIdeally 5 years of General Trade Channel ExperienceExperience & knowledge of channel salesIdeal candidate should have experience of leveraging on existing channels & setting up new channels to reach the set objectives.Should possess extensive experience in at Distribution/Channel ManagementCandidates having experience in the FMCG industry (preferred - cosmetic channel)Good inter-personal skillsStrong in Data Analytics and MS office

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
