Active care and support of B2B customers in the gastro and laboratory business in Romania. Coordination, liaison and support of the responsible sales area. Assessment, selection and development of distribution partners. Contribution of market specific feedback, analysis and continual improvement of existing business activity. Technical product training and product placement with the distribution partners. Cooperation in the review of regional marketing concepts. Target oriented implementation of sales plans. Market & competition monitoring. Ideal candidate Successfully completed commercial and/or technical university education. Fluency in Romanian and English, German is an advantage. Several years of experience in Sales, ideally in the area of gastronomy or laboratory appliances. Assertive individual with strong negotiation and decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills and multi-cultural competence. Able to work mobile and independently in a structured manner. Willingness for travel in and out of the country (roughly 75 % of the time). A valid and clear driver’s license.
