Job DescriptionMeet/exceed monthly and annual sales objectives per assigned territory/accounts.Identify new distribution opportunities and expand distribution within assigned accountsPromote sales of products and maintain forecasts through the proper use of distributionManage customer complaints; prepare customer returns in accordance with company policyCall on potential users and develop user sales/conversations with distributionExecute merchandising programs as directed in line with country strategyMeasure performance of promotional and new product activity with key end usersReport to management, sales activities and opportunities and other developments in the territoryRegion: Tennessee (Primary - Nashville)Qualifications3+ years B2B Sales experience (within construction, building materials and/or power tools industry)Strong negotiating, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with a proven sales track recordBachelor's degree in Business or Sales preferredProficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel, (SAP experience is preferred)Must reside in the territory for this position (Nashville area)Additional InformationBy choice, we are committed to a diverse workforce – EOE/Protected Veteran/Disabled.
