Develop existing as well as potential customer base using CRM (follow Get, Keep & Grow or no)
Insure and manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.
• Map the current and potential marked within the area.
• Plan/carry out/support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g. product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions.
• Secure that opportunities turn into orders.
• Demonstrate products and build relevant competence and knowhow through trainings and courses for existing as well as potential customer. Training of customers on how to use the products
• Create, maintain and execute customer plans.
  Negotiate and set agreements with local key accounts within agreed frames.
• Execute daily sales activities within the area.
• Maintain and develop a strong relationship with customers within the area.
 • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal connection, to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
• Analyze, report and administer according to systems and requirements.
• Educate customers on features, advantages and benefits of available products
• Create offers and negotiate process with customers
• To deal quickly and efficiently and within the company guidelines on all customer complaints. Cooperate closely with Product Management regarding claims.
• Map the current competitor’s position and market share. Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information Regional Sales Director.
• Analyze markets dynamics and inform Regional Sales Director if changes are needed.
• Data driven approach to sales.
• Look at the products range and select the right segments in order to get success.
• Visit new and existing customers.
• Use Outlook for all activities
• Assist customers with day-to-day questions
 • Weekly maintenance of CRM system to ensure date is updated
• Create offers and negotiate prices
• Monthly sales report to Regional Sales Director.
• Participate in fairs to promote Geveko Markings.
· Attend trainings to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
