Area Sales Manager - Travel Retail Middle East - Beauty As an **Area Sales Manager** for Coty Middle East Travel Retail, you will lead the commercial strategy and execution across a diverse portfolio of luxury and mass brands within a high-growth market. Based in Dubai, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sell-out results, driving market share growth, and ensuring a superior retail experience. Your role will involve managing strategic accounts, overseeing retail teams, and delivering innovative marketing activations that align with Coty’s premium brand positioning. **Key Responsibilities** **1. Build and Drive Commercial Ambitions** + Manage key accounts, ensuring monthly achievement of **sell-out, sell-in, and market share** targets. + Develop and execute **joint business plans** with retail partners, including trade marketing and brand space negotiations. + Lead **budget planning** , including sell-out, sell-in, and investment allocation (Capex, headcount, and trade marketing). + Oversee **P&L management** , ensuring profitability and effective monitoring of investments. + Present monthly results, highlight best practices, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management. **2. Deliver Top-of-Class Brand Experiences** + Implement on- and off-counter activations, including **pop-ups, promotional offers, shop-in-shop setups** , and counter designs. + Spearhead **digital campaigns** , collaborating with retailer e-shops and third-party platforms to accelerate digital presence. + Recruit, train, and motivate a team of **Retail Managers** and **Beauty Advisors (BAs)** to deliver outstanding customer experiences. **3. Team Leadership and Sales Field Management** + Hire, mentor, and develop a team of **Beauty Advisors** , driving them to achieve sales targets. + Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to enhance team productivity. + Identify sales gaps and implement strategies to bridge them, ensuring consistent growth within the assigned geographical territory. + Represent Coty through compelling sales pitches and presentations to existing and prospective clients. **Required Skills and Qualifications** + Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or retail operations, preferably within travel retail or the beauty industry. + Strong experience in key account management, P&L oversight, and retail team leadership. + Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. + Demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass sales targets. **Preferred Skills and Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. + Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic are a plus. + Willingness to travel extensively across the region. **What We Offer** + A chance to lead iconic brands in a fast-paced, dynamic industry. + A collaborative environment with opportunities for professional growth. + Competitive compensation and benefits tailored to the region. **Be part of Coty’s vision to redefine beauty and create unforgettable experiences in travel retail.** Country/Region: AE City: Dubai
