Partner with the best
You'll provide support to your team and the broader Sales & Commercial organization, shaping operational plans for business needs. You'll use your knowledge to develop market strategies. You'll deliver successful outcomes for key industry players through innovation, strategic solutions and building relationships.
As an Area Sales Representative -Pressure Pumping), you'll be responsible for:
Supporting all Baker Hughes Pressure Pumping solutions and customers’ requirements.
Leading creation of technical proposals to fit customer needs, enhance production, reduce operating costs, and maximize profitability to Baker Hughes.
Selling to named account(s), new customer development, including key accounts within a single business group or product line.
Handling standardized products with pre-defined options requiring simple client advice.
Contributing to Prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity.
Working based on predefined contracts price frameworks and some latitude to deviate from prices and conditions.
Handling diverse clients in a region, sales quota and revenue plan and insuring met or exceeded plan on regular basis.
Cooperating with (technical) sales support to realize sales.
Leading a department with medium-sized estimated orders, local focus on small-medium size territory.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering or related field
Demonstrate an extensive (10 years and more) technical and sales aptitude with direct experience in Pressure Pumping – Coil Tubing, Cementing and Stimulation.
Show a good experience in Sales in Oil & Gas industry for at least 5 years
Have good IT and technical skills with fluent English in both written and oral communication.
Be a team player with ability to work independently and demonstrate good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Be available to join our team quickly and to work in Indonesia without the need for a visa
