The Sales Supervisor establishes strong working relationships, motivates salesman, implements company policy and work action, improves performance of subordinates, plans and maintains time and work schedule.

Job Responsibilities:

Guides subordinates in attaining business goals Establishes a course of action to accomplish a specific goal, plans proper assignments of personnel and appropriates allocation of resources. Develops skills and competencies of subordinates through training and development activities related to current and future jobs. Identifies problems, secures relevant information, relates data from different sources and identifies possible causes of problems. Develops alternative course of action and makes decisions which are based on logical assumption and which reflects factual information. Evaluates performances of sales personnel and provides inputs to promodiser evaluation Visits stores on a regular basis and checks the stocks Visits head office of outlets (if there is any) to introduce new products, negotiates discounts, and promo support and facing. Opens new accounts
