The Artificial Lift Area Service Delivery Manager serves as the Operations Director for the Permian and will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for an area or business segment. As an Area Service Delivery Manager – Artificial Lift, you will be responsible for:
Ensure all activities are carried out according to our core values, and non-negotiables and our cultural pillars. Collaborate with sales/commercial teams as well as direct interaction with customers for assigned area to understand the activity forecast (volume and complexity). Accountable for performance in front of customers and is the first point of contact for service delivery performance in front of customers. Ensure flawless service delivery execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity and ensuring Quality plans are in line with our job cycle process. Accountable for readiness of personnel, equipment, and product to deliver business plans and customer expectations and escalate to global team if necessary. Accountable for managing the Operations Job Cycle implementation and discipline in the area od responsibilities.Ensure that the team fully understands the contracts/quotes for their assigned job portfolio to ensure we harvest our contracts and collect what we are owed. Oversee the budget and P&L for the area of responsibility. To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a sales or operations position.Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.Knowledge of ESP Artificial Lift product line and services and general oilfield services and functions.Experience in Sales, Engineering, AMO and/or ALS Operations management.Excellent leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing, and planning skills.Demonstrated ability to work in a global matrix organization.Local customer base knowledge and market experience.Ability to effectively interface with all levels of internal and external customers.Strong oral and written communication skills.Work as part of a team of talented, driven individuals with a 24/7 attitude.Work in a way that works for you
