Area Service Manager

For the HP Indigo Services organization, we are looking for an experienced Services Segment Manager (f/m) for the Netherlands and Belgium region.

Tasks:

Leading a team of HP Industrial Service Technicians

Responsible for all customers in the Netherlands and Belgium

Responsible for the productivity, efficiency of the service team and customer satisfaction in the geography

Taking over special tasks, also across geographies

Supporting all services programs and their implementation in the geography

Collaboration with supporting organizations such as the Care Center, the spare parts organization and the sales organization

Management of all customer inquiries in the service area and coordination with involved organizations if necessary

Management of all service life cycle aspects with customers and employees

Creation of a motivating working environment for the further development of employees and the business.

Required education/experience:

Degree in electrical engineering/business administration or comparable education

Experience in the industrial printing market, specifically digital printing

2+ years of experience in customer management at various levels

At least 2 years of experience in managing people with or without a direct reporting line

Completed projects and experience in project management with or for customers

Required knowledge:

Knowledge of service management in an industrial environment

Knowledge of the industrial printing market, including HP's competition

Knowledge of industrial printing products and their service offerings

Knowledge in handling consumables

Analysis skills for reports and situations

Negotiation skills with customers and employees

Driving license to drive a vehicle

Perfect knowledge of written and spoken Dutch

Negotiation skills in English (written and spoken) and French

At least 2 years of experience in working with other cultures and organizations

Willingness to travel and mental resilience in critical customer situations
