As an Mom365 Area Supervisor, you will report to your District Manager and will be responsible for leading a team of part time photographers and overseeing multiple hospital partnerships in both the Phoenix Metro and Tucson markets. You will conduct ongoing training of your team while working alongside them and ensuring every family served receives an amazing experience, unforgettable photography, and white glove service. Who You Are

You have photo studio or studio management experience, or a strong interest in leadership within the photography industry.You excel in sales and customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.You have basic to intermediate photography skills and a passion for capturing meaningful moments.You’re a natural leader with proven experience in motivating and guiding teams.You can work independently in a hospital setting and handle moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds.You have reliable transportation and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.You meet all health and safety requirements, including up-to-date vaccinations (COVID-19 included).
