Acts as the first contact to the Director for Temporal Affairs (DTA) and Area Presidency relating to the day-to-day work of Welfare and Self-Reliance Services (WSRS). Ensures that Area and local leaders have the resources and support relating to WSR to enable individuals and families to participate in the work of salvation and exaltation (Handbook 1.3). This senior management role requires applied experience in strategic consulting, building capability, influencing various stakeholders through direct and indirect means, and managing a high volume of work in a matrix environment. This position reports to the DTA.
