We currently have an opportunity for an Area Work Supervisor in the Adelaide, SA area for our Government and Infrastructure Facility Management team, supporting the Housing contract.
You will be responsible for the effective delivery of works and services including the management of subcontractor performance.
What you’ll bring
Solid experience managing and delivering planned works program in a similar role and/or industry.Experienced in the delivery of contracts where an outsourced model is used to deliver services.Experienced in managing, monitoring and evaluating the performance of Sub-contractorsExperience in building and construction management.Ability to monitor, evaluate and review contracts and understanding of project management principles.Well-developed influencing and negotiating skills and can communicate to all levels. An understanding of quality systems and principles.

The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:
Develop project ‘scopes of work’ to client standards and deliver works within budget, at the required quality standard and on time.Planning and co-ordinating daily project delivery tasks, including Scoping of Vacant Properties, both administratively and with external, supply partners delivering works.Ensure quality of work is in accordance with contractual requirements, company standards and to the satisfaction of the client.Ensure relevant contractual KPI’s are met and exceeded where possible.Develop strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact including managing relevant client enquiries and meeting or surpassing client expectations.
