Configure and deploy Arista network devices, including setting up VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and Quality of Service (QoS). Develop and maintain network architecture documentation, including configuration guides and network diagrams. Advanced Troubleshooting and Support: Provide Tier 3 support for advanced network issues involving Arista equipment. Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex network problems. Collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams to address escalated issues and ensure effective resolution. Performance Optimization and Monitoring: Monitor network performance using Arista’s network management tools and other monitoring solutions. Analyze traffic patterns and identify performance bottlenecks, recommending and implementing optimization strategies. Ensure high availability and reliability of network services through proactive performance tuning. Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce network security policies and best practices on Arista devices. Conduct regular network audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and address potential security risks. Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory security requirements. Project Management and Collaboration: Lead or contribute to network projects involving Arista technology, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver network solutions that meet business needs. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers and support staff. Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain detailed documentation for network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures. Prepare and present reports on network performance, incidents, and project status to stakeholders.
