You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders. Responsibilities: * Design and develop high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform, utilizing Apex classes, OmniScript, and integration procedures Troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions; * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements; * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Salesforce Industries platform, including catalog management and product creation; * Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members; * Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Experience in Salesforce Industries development; * Strong knowledge of Apex classes, OmniScript, and integration procedures; * Proven experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Experience in solution design and architecture; * Ability to work effectively in a team environment; * Complete undergraduate course; * Mandatory: prior experience in implementing projects in the Telecommunications (Telco) industry; **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Desirable: knowledge of product catalog management; * Strong understanding of data visualization and reporting tools; * Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices; * Strong understanding of IT service management and ITIL framework.
