If so, let's start the conversation. **Responsabilidades:** + Avaliação, classificação, indexação e higienização de documentos físicos e/ou digitais acumulados; + Gerir e orientar a equipe de trabalho para assegurar a eficiência e qualidade dos processos; + Elaborar relatórios de progresso, desempenho e resultados para stakeholders; + Realizar reuniões periódicas de reporte com clientes internos e externos, garantindo alinhamento e satisfação; + Assegurar que todos os procedimentos sigam as normas legais e melhores práticas arquivísticas; + Propor melhorias nos fluxos de trabalho e organização documental. **Requisitos:** + Formação superior em Arquivologia ou áreas relacionadas; + Experiência comprovada em gestão documental e liderança de equipes; + Conhecimento em técnicas de preservação e conservação documental; + Habilidade em elaborar relatórios e conduzir reuniões; + Boa comunicação interpessoal e capacidade de lidar com diferentes perfis de clientes; + Familiaridade com ferramentas tecnológicas voltadas para gestão documental será um diferencial.
