What You Will Be Doing:

Front customer requirements & bid management Identify best suitable Architecture for requirements, value engineering & provide optimized and winning solutionDevelop new approaches to complex design problemsWork with Sales & Marketing team throughout the life of dealLead IP development activities and functional teams or projects to serve as a best practice resource

What We Are Looking For:

Provides leadership and direction through Senior Managers and Managers and/or may manage large, potentially diverse teams of managers and/or senior professionalsResponsible for the performance and results of multiple related units, a medium-sized discipline or department within a region, related disciplines or a medium-sized function in medium-sized divisionDevelops departmental plans, including business, production and/or organizational prioritiesControls resources and policy formation in area of responsibilityDecisions are guided by resource availability and functional objectivesLooks beyond existing methodologies and own discipline to define and resolve complex problems Develops plans and delivers results in fast-changing businesses and/or regulatory environments Provides input to functional or departmental strategy

Experience / Education

Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 12 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.

Work Arrangement:

Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$143,200.00 - $262,900.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company’s request and sole discretion.
