The Art and Wardrobe Stylist manages prop styling, set design, and wardrobe for visual content projects, ensuring the successful execution of photoshoots, video shoots, and other creative initiatives across Wolverine Worldwide’s portfolio of brands within the in-house production team, The Den.

Primary Duties:

Oversees and manages the end-to-end creative ideation and execution of art department (propping and set design) and wardrobe styling, including internal and external productions.

Manage all purchasing and returning of art and wardrobe needs including organizing and submitting expenses frequently and efficiently. 

Manage and maintain the art and wardrobe library, archiving and donating items as needed.

Manage outreach, estimates, day-to-day communications, and final invoicing with external partners related to art and wardrobe styling.

Collaborate heavily with creative teams to develop and execute styling approaches that align to brand look & feel, and specific project creative direction.

Partner with production team to ensure styling is in alignment with budget, timing, and scope.

Staying up-to-date on emerging trends in the fashion and design space.

Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the studio team.

Performs duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.

Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts or equivalent work experience.

5 years of set design and wardrobe styling experience – including film shoots and photoshoots.

Proven experience in propping, set, and wardrobe styling, with a track record of successfully delivering high-quality visual content.

Proven success ideating, pitching, and selling in styling concepts to creative and brand teams.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally.

Portfolio demonstrating art and wardrobe styling execution required.

Working Conditions:

Normal office environment.  Some travel may be required.

Wolverine Worldwide has a flexible, hybrid work schedule, with three days in office and two days remote.
