\nFour Hands Art Studio is on the lookout for an Art Consultant to curate and develop art products for major customers. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping our commercial and hospitality art programs by delivering thoughtfully designed and high-quality artwork that meets our customers’ needs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our manufacturing and internal development teams to ensure product cost, construction, and quality align with our high standards. 

In This Role\nPartner with Account Executives and assigned customers to optimize outcomes, strengthening customer relationships and ensuring both customer and business goals are met\nCurate assortments for commercial, hospitality and design proposals in mid- to high-end markets focusing on content and product specifications\nPrepare branded, professional presentations to support customer decision-making, enhance product understanding, and communicate our unique value proposition\nSupport new customer acquisition efforts by actively participating in outreach, networking, and sales strategies to attract new business\nOversee product milestones throughout the product lifecycle to ensure timely delivery and meet deadlines\nTrack and manage new product samples, maintaining data and communications with customers\nFacilitate effective communication to ensure all stakeholders are informed of product status, timelines, issues, and any changes\nCoordinate customer needs by collaborating with internal teams to drive results \nMonitor processes to ensure departments stay on schedule, providing updates to customers and Account Executives as needed\nDetermine customer service and quality requirements through regular contact with major customers and Account Executives, analyzing information, and delivering solutions\nMaintain and improve customer-service quality by resolving issues, identifying trends, proposing system improvements, and implementing changes\nCoordinate new product implementation, including presentations, training materials, and product information\nProvide world class customer service at every touchpoint during the process to ensure that every interaction with customers exceeds expectations \nDomestic travel, up to 6 times per year, as needed to support project needs and team collaboration\nUphold our core values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team \nPerform other duties as assigned by management \n

The Ideal Person\n2+ years of experience in content and product development within the art and home furnishings industry required\nBachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Industrial Design, Art History, or a related field preferred\nStrong understanding of art construction, finishing techniques, and packaging\nExpertise in content curation and pairing with finished products\nKnowledge of proactive costing and product engineering techniques \nAbility to develop products that align within customer specifications \nExcellent time and calendar management skills with the ability to meet product deadlines\nHigh attention to detail, with the ability to create BOM-level product specifications\nStrong communication skills, including the ability to navigate language barriers effectively\n
