Art/Creative Manager Administrative Assistant
Calling all administrative professionals! Our Art/Creative Department is looking for an Administrative Assistant to oversee day-to-day administrative and operational functions for assigned projects and processes. Work in a creative and collaborative environment as you support our Managers and unique Department!

What you will do:Work independently and collaboratively with Leadership, peers, and cross-functional teams to coordinate schedules and keep Managers on track for meetings and eventsEnsure Managers are up to date, organized, and prepared with all information needed to kickoff, track progress of, and meet objectives for projects, processes, and eventsAssist in meeting, special event, and project planning preparation, organization, and executionGather, track, record, organize, and share information and assets with strong attention to detailConduct research, complete projects, and prepare reports and files in a timely mannerLearn new techniques, tools, and technology as requiredAnticipate obstacles and take initiative to communicate and problem-solve before/as they ariseConsistently provide high quality work, often under the pressure of tight deadlinesSeek and maintain excellent working relationships across the Department and CompanyEducation and Experience:Experience or qualifications in related field with demonstrated project management skillsProficient Mac skills Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience InDesign experience helpful Budget experience helpful  Ability to operate a motor vehicle required If you’re interested, please submit the required resume and cover letter.
