Position Summary
We are seeking a Creative Art Director to bring bold visual ideas to life and create visually compelling designs across multiple platforms. This position is ideal for a mid-level designer who has a strong understanding of branding, layout, and design principles. You will work closely with copywriters, designers, and the larger creative team to produce high-quality visuals that resonate with the target audience and reflect the brand’s identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and designs for digital, print, and social media campaigns, ensuring they align with the client’s brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with Copywriters and Designers to create cohesive and impactful campaigns.
- Execute designs from initial concept to final production, including art direction for photography, video, or other media when needed.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative ideation with innovative visual solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies to ensure creative outputs are fresh and innovative.
- Prepare presentations for internal review and client approval.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 2-4 years of experience are appreciated in art direction, graphic design, or related fields, preferably within an agency.
- Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with a strong eye for detail, typography, and layout.
- Portfolio: A diverse portfolio showcasing experience in digital, print, and multimedia design.
- Teamwork: Ability to work well in a collaborative environment and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficient knowledge of English and Italian.
